What is the difference between the Core, Creator and C-suite plans?

Short answer

The three plans differ in how often we meet and how much tax strategy is included: Core meets quarterly with strategy as an add-on, Creator meets monthly with unlimited strategy, and C-suite is a full financial partnership with a co-founder.

  1. Core. Weekly bookkeeping in QuickBooks, receipt tracking, quarterly finance calls and messaging through our client portal. We tell you which tax strategies you qualify for; putting one in place, like an S-Corp election, is an add-on of $1,000 to $5,000 per strategy depending on complexity.
  2. Creator. Everything in Core, plus monthly finance calls, direct access to our CPA, one-on-one business consulting, S-Corp setup, payroll and quarterly payroll filings, and unlimited tax strategy and calls.
  3. C-suite. For creators building a team and a bigger business. Biweekly calls with a co-founder, fractional CFO support, business systems, KPI tracking and tax forecasting.

Every plan includes free onboarding and bookkeeping catch-up for up to 18 months, a one-on-one consultation with a co-founder, one LLC formation, your first-year tax return and our 60-Day Clean Books & Tax Plan Guarantee.

We don't assign plans by income. Creators at very different stages have picked each one, so on your consultation we recommend the plan that fits what you need. You can start on Core and move to Creator later.
