How can I pay, and is there a fee for paying by card?
Short answer
You can pay for your 12-month plan in full at a discount or in two equal payments, and quarterly payments are available if we agree on them during your consultation. Card payments through our client portal carry a 3% processing fee charged by the payment system.

- Pay in full. A discounted price, paid at signing. It's the only discounted option.
- Two payments. The full price in two equal payments, one at signing and one six months later.
- Quarterly. The full price in four payments, available only if we agree on it during your consultation because of cash flow.
Every option covers the same 12-month engagement; none of them is month-to-month. If you choose two payments or quarterly, you're committing to the full year's fee. Payments run automatically through our client portal on your billing date.
The 3% card fee comes from the payment system we use, and it's outside our control.
Some creators pay in full before December 31 so the whole fee counts as a business expense that year.
