What does DeCypher's money-back guarantee cover?

DeCypher gives you a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. After that, our 60-Day Clean Books & Tax Plan Guarantee means we keep working at no extra charge until your books and tax plan are done.

The 14-day money-back window
- Email Renee@wedecypher.co with the subject line "Guarantee Refund" within 14 days of your first payment.
- Requests through other channels, like portal messages or DMs, don't count.
- Refunds exclude third-party costs, such as state filing fees.
- We process refunds within 7 business days.
The 60-Day Clean Books & Tax Plan Guarantee
Within 60 days of the day we have everything we need from you, we complete the work in your plan for your covered period and send a written Tax Snapshot of where you stand and what to do next. On Creator and C-suite, you also get a full written Tax Game Plan and, if we recommend it, your LLC or S-Corp setup. If we miss that, we keep working at no extra charge until it's done.
It's a service guarantee, not a cash refund. It depends on you sending what we ask for within 5 business days and showing up to calls. The clock pauses while we wait on you, and if delays add up to more than 30 days, the guarantee no longer applies.
Neither guarantee promises a specific tax result. Every creator's situation is different.
