How much of my time does working with DeCypher take, and what do you expect from me?
Short answer
Onboarding takes the most time, with a few calls and a round of statement uploads. After that, it's mostly quick questions about transactions and your finance calls. In return, we ask you to respond within 5 business days and keep business and personal money separate.

Your time
- Onboarding: an onboarding call, usually two transaction clarification calls, a financial analysis, and uploading the statements we request
- Ongoing: answering occasional questions about transactions, snapping receipts for business purchases of $75 or more, and joining your finance calls
- Tax season: filling out your tax organizer
